Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical-methodological and practical aspects of preparing future specialists for teamwork based on a review of domestic and international pedagogical and psychological studies published between 2015 and 2025. The relevance of the study is due to the lack of unified systematization of the content-structural characteristics of the concept of readiness for teamwork, as well as the need to reconsider the mechanisms of its development in the context of a transforming educational environment. The purpose of the study is to clarify the content-structural essence of the concept of readiness for teamwork and to systematize the evolutionary dynamics of the mechanisms underlying its formation. The research is based on a comprehensive qualitative literature review using content analysis and thematic analysis methods. The expert selection of sources was carried out on the basis of peer-reviewed publications and dissertation studies indexed in the Google Scholar and DisserCat scientific databases. As a result of the research work, the components of readiness for teamwork in scientific works were analyzed, and six main components were identified. These are: motivational; role and functional; communicative; group decision-making; emotional and behavioral; and reflective components. The scientific significance of the presented article lies in the fact that, based on the analysis of articles in Kazakhstani scientific journals and international dissertations, readiness for teamwork is identified not just a skill, but a multilevel system that plays a special role in the interaction of a person (future specialist) with people, in joint activity, and in achieving a goal as a team.
