Zhetpisbayeva Meyramgul Asylbekovna graduated from the Faculty of Philology of Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketova with a degree in Russian Language and Literature, Candidate of Philological Sciences. In 2002, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences «Philosophical aspects of the epic novel by M. Auezov «The Path of Abai» at the L.N. Gumilyov ENU (Astana).

She has experience in the school and university education system.

She has been working in the Karaganda branch of JSC «National Center for Advanced Studies «Orleu» since 2013, since December 2022 – as a director.

She takes an active part in the development and examination of educational programs, educational and methodological complexes of advanced training courses for teachers, in the organization and conduct of training seminars and webinars, professional competitions for teachers of the Karaganda region. She has 18 copyright certificates.

She has experience in participating in scientific projects as part of a research group: grant research project (2022-2024) AP14870635 «Development of digital content for the formation of speech in the Kazakh language of young children (based on the materials of Kazakh children's folklore)» and PCF according to the terms of reference No86 «Creating a system of continuous professional development of teachers in the aspect of education for a complex world: paradigm, methodology, digital tools» (2023-2025).

Zhetpisbayeva M.A. has written more than 50 scientific and scientific-methodical works, including scientific articles in journals with a high impact factor and journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is the author of 1 monograph and 1 teaching aid.

In 2019-2021, she was a member of the Dissertation Council for the defense of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Doctor in the specialty 6D020500 – Philology of the Karaganda University named after E.A. Buketov.

She is a member of the attestation commission for the assignment (confirmation) of qualification categories to teachers of republican organizations of secondary education subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the attestation commission of the Department of Education of the Karaganda region, an expert of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Expertise of the Content of Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
