Abstract
The article discusses key approaches to effective management of the educational organization in the context of the transformation of the education system, digitalization and updating the content of school education. The purpose of the research is to identify and analyze management practices that contribute to improving the quality of the educational process, as well as to study the mechanisms of transformation of theoretical management models into practical activities of schools.
Attention is focused on such aspects as the introduction of strategic planning, the development of distributed and transformational leadership in education, the use of digital solutions in management activities, as well as the formation of a professional culture of cooperation within the teaching staff.
The study is based on a qualitative analysis of data obtained during semi-structured interviews, analysis of management documentation and included observations conducted in schools of Pavlodar region. Based on the generalization of domestic and foreign experience, as well as the analysis of empirical data, practical recommendations have been formulated for heads of educational organizations, regional educational authorities and advanced training centers. The materials of the article can be used in designing professional development programs for management personnel and developing methodological approaches to improving school management in the context of educational modernization.
