Abstract

The article explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the development of personalized digital educational resources (DER). Particular attention is given to the adaptability and interactivity of digital learning environments, which enable consideration of individual learner characteristics and support the development of practice-oriented skills. An analysis of national and international studies on AI integration in education identifies current trends and future directions.

The practical component of the study presents an interactive AI-based digital educational resource with significant educational potential, enabling students to study economics, ecology, computer science, AI in an integrated manner. The article reveals the methodological significance of this approach and demonstrates that the use of AI technologies in digital educational resources contributes to the formation and development of students’ analytical and critical thinking.

The study employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to assess the effectiveness of AI technologies. The empirical data include survey responses from 300 students and 50 teachers from Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, focusing on everyday and educational uses of AI, its application purposes, its influence on motivation and academic performance. The article concludes by outlining prospects for integrating intelligent systems into educational practice.
