Abstract

This article presents key methodological foundations for the development of an inclusive education ecosystem that promotes effective socialization, academic achievement, and comprehensive development of students with special educational needs (SEN) within general education settings. The ecosystem is conceptualized as a set of interconnected components — pedagogical, organizational and managerial, digital, human resource, and sociocultural — aimed at providing continuous support to learners, taking into account their individual characteristics. The fundamental principles for building such a system are identified as integrity, individualization, interdisciplinarity, and digital transformation [1;3;10]. The significance of these principles in transforming approaches to inclusion is emphasized. The article examines current challenges, available resources, and institutional mechanisms that influence the effectiveness of inclusive practices [6; 12]. Particular attention is paid to interagency coordination, the implementation of digital solutions, and the professional training of educators [2;8;9]. The material is intended for researchers in inclusive education, teachers, support specialists, and policymakers interested in building sustainable inclusive models [13; 14; 15].
