Reviewing articles
- All submitted articles are peer-reviewed.
- Articles submitted for publication should be formatted in accordance with the Guidelines for authors on the design of the article
- Articles for publication are accepted only from registered users on the journal's website (Registration)
- Upon receipt of the article by the editorial office, it is checked for compliance with the requirements for manuscript files. If the design of the submitted materials does not meet the technical requirements, the article is not accepted for consideration, the author is sent a letter indicating the reasons for refusal to accept. After correcting the deficiencies indicated by the editorial board, the article can be re-sent for publication.
- The article received by the Editorial Board and accepted for consideration is registered, the author is sent a letter stating that the article has been accepted for consideration.
- An article accepted for consideration undergoes an editorial examination for compliance with the formal requirements imposed by the editorial board on scientific articles according to the following mandatory criteria:
- compliance of the topic of the article with the thematic area of the journal declared for publication;
- compliance of the title of the article with its content;
- the presence of conclusions;
- the presence of a list of references with references to sources from it in the text of the article.
- If the topic of the article does not correspond to the theme of the journal or its text is considered to be of low quality, not meeting the requirements for scientific articles, the article is withdrawn from further consideration, and a corresponding letter is sent to the author.
- All articles accepted for consideration are checked by the «Antiplagiat» system. In case of plagiarism or self-plagiarism, the article is withdrawn from further consideration, and a corresponding letter is sent to the author.
- Based on the results of the editorial examination, the executive secretary submits to the editor-in-chief proposals for sending the article to reviewers who are specialists in the subject of the reviewed article.
- The article that has passed the formal editorial examination is sent to the reviewers (by agreement) for scientific examination through the online system of the journal's website.
- The reviewer submits the review to the Editorial Board in accordance with the form proposed by the Editorial Board (Reviewer's Form).
- In accordance with the reviews of the reviewers, the editorial board makes one of the following decisions:
- accept the article for publication;
- send the article for additional review;
- send recommendations to the author for improving the article in accordance with the comments of the reviewers;
- to reject the article from publication.
The final decision on the publication of an article with multidirectional reviews is made by the editor-in-chief of the journal.
If the article needs improvement, the author is sent appropriate recommendations from the reviewers and/or the editorial board. Returning an article for revision does not mean that it is accepted for publication. After revision, the article can be re-submitted for publication. When finalizing the article, it repeatedly undergoes editorial and scientific examination.
- All reviews are stored in the online system of the journal's website for three years.
- In case of rejection of the article from publication, the editorial board sends a reasoned refusal to the author.
- The terms of reviewing the article (verification of compliance with formal rules, editorial expertise, scientific expertise) are up to 30 days.
Publication of articles
- The article accepted for publication is put in the queue for publication.
- The terms of publication of the article are from one to three months, depending on the topic of the article and the total number of articles in the queue for publication. These terms do not include the terms of editorial and scientific expertise.
- The author can download the published article and the content of the journal issue with the article in electronic form (in the form of a pdf file) on the journal's website.
