All abbreviations and acronyms, except those that are self-evidently well known, must be expanded at their first use in the text. They are formatted in accordance with GOST 7.12-93 «Bibliographic record. Abbreviation of words in the Russian language. General requirements and rules».
In submitting the text of the work for publication in the journal, the author guarantees the accuracy of all information about themselves, the absence of plagiarism and of other forms of improper borrowing, and the proper acknowledgement of all borrowed text, tables and illustrations.
Articles that are formatted in breach of the rules, or that contain a large number of grammatical, spelling, punctuation and stylistic errors, or machine translation into English, Kazakh or Russian, are not accepted by the editorial board and will be returned to the authors without consideration.
An article may be rejected or returned for revision at any stage of the process if gross errors, extensive borrowings or erroneous citations are discovered.
