METHODOLOGICAL RECOMMENDATIONS
The materials published in Pedagogical Inquiry are recommended for examining contemporary pedagogical ideas, discussing their practical implications and exploring opportunities for adapting them to educational practice.
The issue features contributions on mentoring and teachers’ professional development, functional literacy, modern teaching methods, inclusive education, digital technologies and artificial intelligence.
When studying the articles, readers are encouraged to consider the following questions:
- What educational problem does the author address?
- What is the central pedagogical idea?
- Which methods, techniques and digital tools are employed?
- What types of learning activities are organized for students?
- What educational outcomes are expected?
- How can the presented experience be adapted to one’s own teaching practice?
Particular attention should be paid to the active role of the learner. The practices presented in the journal encourage analysis, comparison, discussion, inquiry, error identification, problem-solving and the creation of original products.
The journal materials may be used during teachers' council meetings, methodological seminars, subject-based teacher association meetings, collaborative lesson planning, as well as in organizing mentorship programmes and providing support for novice teachers.
